Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At His Mendrobe, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Products purchased from His Mendrobe may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned in this policy.

To request a return or exchange, please email us at [email protected] with your order details and a clear description of the issue. Our customer support team will review your request and get in touch with you within 24 hours.

2. Condition of Products

Products must be returned in their original, unused and unaltered condition, with all original tags, packaging and accessories intact.

Used, washed, altered, damaged or customised products are not eligible for return, refund or exchange, except where required by applicable law.

3. One Return / Exchange per Order

A return or exchange can be processed only once for a particular order.

Once an exchange or replacement has been completed, the same order will not be eligible for another return or exchange.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled at any time before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If the order has already been dispatched, the customer may be eligible for a return or exchange subject to the terms and conditions of this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Where a cancellation is approved before dispatch, the eligible refund amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the order.

5. Out-of-Stock Products

If an ordered product becomes unavailable or goes out of stock, the customer may choose either:

• A refund to the original payment method; or

• An alternative product by paying the applicable price difference, if any.

6. Reporting an Issue

Any issue or discrepancy with an order, including wrong product, size issue, manufacturing defect, damage or other quality-related concerns, must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

All return and exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by His Mendrobe.

7. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the eligible refund amount will be processed only to the original payment method used to place the order.

Refunds will be initiated within 24 hours after the returned product is received and inspected.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the original payment method, bank, payment gateway or financial institution.

His Mendrobe does not provide approved monetary refunds in the form of cash, reward points, store credit or wallet balance.

8. Exchange

Once an exchange is approved, the replacement product will generally be delivered to the customer within 15 days, depending on product availability and delivery location.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, the customer may be offered an alternative product or an eligible refund to the original payment method, subject to the applicable terms of this policy.

9. International Orders

Returns, refunds and exchanges are not available for orders delivered outside India.

Customers placing international orders are advised to carefully confirm their size, measurements and product details before placing the order.

10. Reverse Pickup

Once a return or exchange request has been approved, His Mendrobe will arrange a reverse pickup where the service is available.

If the reverse pickup is not attempted, fails, or is unavailable for the customer's location, the customer may be required to courier the product back to our designated warehouse address.

Any such return shipment must comply with the return instructions provided by His Mendrobe.

11. Sale Products

Products purchased under an ON SALE / SALE category are not eligible for return or refund.

However, size exchange may be available for eligible sale products, subject to product availability and the conditions mentioned in this policy.

13. Policy Decisions

All return and exchange requests are subject to the terms of this policy and verification of the product and reported issue.

His Mendrobe reserves the right to approve or reject a return or exchange request based on the condition of the product, the nature of the issue and the applicable terms of this policy.
